Very positive experience.
I met with a friendly and polite nurse named Jill.
She made me feel at ease, and she listened when I described problems I'd had with my sight.
She carried out several eye tests, and explained what she was doing each time. I felt able to ask questions, and I understood the answers
I had been very anxious about attending the clinic, but there was no need. The whole experience was smooth and problem-free.

I realise that hospital appointments can be stressful and I'm pleased that Jill made you feel at ease & helped to make your Orthoptic visit a more comfortable experience - I'm sure she gave you the best of care. Jill is a highly valued Orthoptist and she's a credit to our service!
