I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care provided by Dr Ray and the entire team at Old Felton GP Practice. The service is consistently exemplary. Dr Ray is an excellent clinician—thorough, compassionate and highly knowledgeable. The other GPs, nurses and HCAs are equally professional, supportive and attentive.

The practice is highly responsive, whether for urgent queries or routine matters, and every interaction with the reception and clinical staff is courteous and efficient. It is clear that the whole team works cohesively with a genuine commitment to patient care.
