I recently attended ED. I was diagnosed and given treatment for kidney stone which lodged in the ureter
The care and attention that I received was excellent.
When I arrived at ED ,I was vomiting and in a lot of pain
The politeness, empathy and professionalism shown by the receptionist, the triage nurse ,the Dr ,the radiographers and other staff nurses on duty was exemplary.
So much appreciated
