"Poor service by minor injuries unit"

Will not be using the minor injuries service at Ivybridge again - not fit for purposes, in my experience.

Triaged by the receptionist and eventually was asked to send a picture by the nurse who did not see me despite obvious infection and said they would prescribe antibiotics and to go to Cumberland if got worse. It was a couldn’t be bothered attitude 

I went to Derriford  and the cleaned out my finger and said that this should have been done when I was seen at Beacon medical 

Would not recommend at all and I would always say use Cumberland or the new Dartmoor unit
