"Response and wards"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General medicine (Wards 5d)

(as the patient),

Waiting for response is abysmal, the temperature in the wards are meant to be 23 degrees but are nothing like that, feel more 14-17 degrees.

Dear Chas2112

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch via Care Opinion.

I am sorry that you are still awaiting a response. Please accept my apologies for the temperature of the ward, this has been raised with our Facilities and Estates Team.

Kind Regards

Nicole
