About: Bideford Hospital / Therapies

(as the patient),

I attended the 6 week Escape Pain course following physio treatment for osteoarthritis in both hips.

The course was extremely interesting with good info on pain management, and doing regular exercises.

The course was very well run by Suzie and Emma, who were both enthusiastic and helpful with the delivery.

I can recommend the course to any one suffering from hip or knee pain.
