Dear charaey39

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely feedback following your mother-in-law’s stay on Ward 51.
We are delighted to hear that she received such attentive and compassionate care from the team.

Your special shout-outs to Susan, Andy, and Vanda are greatly appreciated. We will ensure your kind words are passed on to them and the wider ward and catering teams — recognition like this truly means a lot to our staff.

Thank you again for your thoughtful message. We wish your mother-in-law all the very best in her recovery, and we will continue to strive to provide the high-quality care that patients and families deserve.

Kind regards

Kevin
