"A word of thanks"

I visited Sidwell Street this morning to be seen by a lovely lady doctor. It is like she knew me and that I don't like a second person in the room.  Because I was fully one to one I managed to open up and she allowed me to talk without too much intervention but she did when was necessary. 

So if you are the one reading, thank you very much sometimes all we need is reassurance and to be listened to. I couldn't thank you enough doctor, you explained everything you were going to do and the reason why you were doing it and what to expect which put my heart at peace. All I want to say is keep being you 😊 and keep do what you do, you made such a difference to our lives🙏🙏

Thank you for a second lady who was helping and did my blood test- such wonderful human I came across this morning- I was offered water too, very professional, respectful and kind. Thanks to both of you 😊
