"It has been very informative"

About: Children’s Services / HENRY programme

(as a service user),

An insight into early childhood and promoting the best start we can give them. The course covered healthy eating, exercise, coping with behaviours to list a few areas. I completed it as a childminder but as it turned out one of my parents had also done it, for both of us it has been very informative.

Dear Toadstool House,

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on the Henry group you attended, I am glad you found it really informative, it is so important for parents and childminders like yourself, to have knowledge on how to give children the best start. It’s great that you and a parent and one of the children you mind now have the same knowledge. That will ensure their child gets consistency at home and with you.

All the staff within the HV team are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and expertise and it is so encouraging to have such lovely positive feedback, thank you again for taking the time to do so. This feedback has been shared with them.

I’m sure all the children in your care will now benefit from the knowledge you gained at the group now and in the future.

Kind regards,

Joyce McKittrick
