Attended a drop-in clinic with a difficult issue.

All staff were so lovely, kind and welcoming. It was a very supportive and non judgemental environment.

The appt was not rushed at all. I was offered lots of support with aspects other than my health. The staff dealing with me were so kind and compassionate and very informative.

I saw nurse Jake and a really lovely lady Doctor whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. They were both very professional, sensitive and kind.

I left with a clear sense of what would happen moving forward and the info I would need. I cannot thank you all enough for the incredibly high level of service that I received. Nothing but positive things to say ….and it was a difficult reason for attending. Thank you so much.
