I attended an occupational health appointment in Ayrshire Central recently for a Hep B vaccination and I was seen by Jayne. I just found Jayne’s level of care, expertise, professionalism and instant rapport such an absolute pleasure! It’s not often you leave a vaccine appointment with a smile on your face but I did yesterday and I feel credit and recognition is deserved! Have a fab time away Jayne, it’s well earned!
