About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries

(as the patient),

I first got a call from the team who were super helpful booking a time to go in to get checked. They were so polite and understanding. When arriving, it was easy to locate and I was seen in good time. I was given the examination and treatment and clearly explained what was going on and next steps. Lovely staff, great service.

I'm sorry to hear your required a trip to the Arbroath Minor Injuries Unit, however I am delighted to read such positive comments of your experience. Staff strive to provide a seamless service for patients attending while explaining our rationale for treatment.
