"Incredible service - above & beyond"

I came to use the service in relation to cateracts in both eyes. This service in itself was also excellent from start to finish…what was particularly pleasing is that while attending they identified a skin tag under my left eye, which the consultant Mr Gupta at the RVH Eye clinic was concerned about and as such resulted in the skin tag being removed for a biopsy. Mr Gupta is an incredible man who made the whole process seamless, fun and straightforward while sharing his knowledge and keeping us fully aware/informed on each visit. Mr Gupta is an incredible man and a rare & valuable asset to the NHS- we’ve never been looked after in such a manner before where whole medical journey from assessment to treatment to outcome was an absolute pleasure- thank you
