Hello Zayan,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have checked with our patient flow team and they have confirmed that everyone that has been clerked in has been triaged and on a pathway to be seen in Children's ED. However, if there have been any delays could you approach the reception team to make sure you are checked in and to ascertain when you are likely to be seen.

I hope you feel better soon.

Trish McKinney Co- Director Child Health & NISTAR
