"Excellent Service and Friendly Staff"

About: Edinburgh Dental Institute / Orthodontics

I was referred to the Edinburgh Dental Institute to receive Orthodontic treatment by my dentist.

I attended for initial consultation earlier this year and most recently to commence treatment. I was initially very apprehensive at the thought of orthodontic treatment and had a long list of questions about the process, treatment planning and timescales.

Since meeting the team at Edinburgh Dental Institute I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and care taken to explain the process, address my questions and show genuine care in making sure I am comfortable after each visit.

The reception team are a credit to the EDI, I have found them to be incredibly helpful, responsive and always polite and courteous. 

Likewise, my experience with both the Consultant Orthodontic team and nursing staff has been excellent so far. They have taken time and care to outline the treatment plan, clearly outline my options and made sure I fully understand my treatment journey and what to expect at each visit.

My initial apprehension about treatment has gone, and I am pleased to say that although I will have a while to go to achieve the desired results, I am well on the way to achieving a healthy straight smile, thanks to all the team at EDI. 

Please keep up the great work, you provide a hugely valuable service and do so with demonstrable care, professionalism and a clear pride in your work.

Thanks you so much for your lovely feedback. I will certainly share this with the clinical, nursing and administration team. They take great pride in their roles and always strive to give their patients the best service possible.

Having any dental treatment can be a stressful situation and having clear explanations and kindness from the staff certainly reduces this pressure. I am grateful to hear about your positive experience within Edinburgh Dental Institute (EDI).
