Filled in an online form as per my GP website's instructions, for a sensitive matter. Got a text to say to call the surgery and the member of staff I spoke to said it isn't possible to use the CystmOnline service the website had told me to go to.
This member of staff was increasingly rude and I was left in tears by the end of the call. It can be quite hard to discuss symptoms over the phone for such a sensitive health condition and instead of making me feel less nervous, this member of staff made me feel stupid and like I was wasting their time.
In tears still and struggling to find any way to give feedback directly to the surgery, hence leaving the response here.
