The feeling in the waiting room was very personable and welcoming and calm for the kids. How quickly we were seen by each member of the team was fantastic.

The staff is what made the full process seamless and completely put my scared daughter at ease.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable. Although I knew there was a range of NHS employed staff and agency staff it didn’t feel disjointed.

Thank you for leaving such wonderful feedback regarding your daughters recent visit to day surgery.

It makes me happy that you felt that your admission went smoothly and all questions were answered. It is a stressful time bringing your child into hospital but I'm glad the the waiting area helped with your daughters experience.

I will ensure that all staff are able to read your comments and I do hope your daughter is recovering well at home.
