"Joint school was excellent"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

The 'Joint School' run by Kirsty and Sian, enhanced Recovery Specialist nurses, was excellent and left me feeling much better prepared and informed. It's so sensible to deal with expectations, crutches, exercises etc before the operation rather than on the day and after. This really should be standard practice across the NHS.
