"Put a smile on everyone's face"

I often go for frequent blood tests at Amersham hospital, but today was a very different experience. The nurse working behind the desk today was an absolute delight. Not only was he extremely kind, positive, and professional, but he made the extra effort to greet every person individually with a lovely smile and kind word. It's so helpful and refreshing to have had a staff member that show they really care about each patient. He went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and to put a smile on everyone's face. Very important when having health issues to feel safe and uplifted. Thank you ever so much !!
