"Care and helpfulness"

About: Community Services / Perth Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as a carer),

We moved to Perth just over a month ago and are so impressed with the care shown, the efficiency of arranging appointments, and the helpfulness of staff at every level.

From Jason, at the door, who smilingly gets a wheelchair to assist my husband from car to clinic, the receptionist who manages to pull two different appointment so they coincide, and the kindly care shown by those who treat, take blood, and do dressings, all have been pleasant, helpful and friendly.

We are so impressed!

Good afternoon newcomer

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your most thoughtful feedback.

All staff endeavour to provide the highest standard of care and it is always always brilliant to hear that people have had a positive visit to our Service.

Feedback such as yours is always appreciated by staff and I will be sure to share your lovely feedback with the rest of the Team, and with Jason.

Many thanks again

Wendy Hardie
