"I want to commend them for their compassion"

I found my visit to BVH family planning unit went very positively. Staff called me the day before to ensure I didn't forget my appointment and it was all so organised from reception to getting what I needed. It was nurse Michelle who has a beautiful personality that greeted me alongside her lovely student. We chatted and Michelle is so attentive and helped me be autonomous in my own care and my idea of what family planning looks like to me. They were both so kind and understanding and Michelle is so knowledgeable in her field and her advice was so helpful to me as a young woman. I want to commend them for their compassion and patients are so lucky if they belong to this demographic and get seen in this unit.
