On leaving my appointment at forth valley hospital in my powerchair I rolled along to the dropped curb at the end of the carpark which was blocked by a parked car. I struggled to get myself down the raised curb to cross over.
I have raised this with reception twice in the past year when I didn’t have a powerchair and knew it would be a problem for others and if I ever did have a chair. It has now become a big problem for me and I felt really angry today having experienced it for the first time in my chair.
A bollard or sign needs to go here as it is one of the main routes to get to the building. I frequently visit this hospital and that is my main route from my house.
