About: Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services / Early Intervention Dementia Service

(as a relative),

She was really good, greeted us (me and my dad) in a welcoming and calming way.  She explained everything and was very coutious to my dad.  She was professional and patient focused. It was a very long appointment but we did not feel rushed at all.  She put us at ease my using appropriate humour in what could be described as a trautmatic experience and appointment.  Job well done she was absolutely perfect.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback,. It really does mean a lot to the staff to know that their approach to patients and their families helps to make what can be a very daunting experience a little easier.
