"Achilles tendon treatment"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

I've been attending the Orthopedic/Plaster room weekly since August. The visits became necessary due to developing a pressure sore on my heel pad.

At every stage I have been treated with respect, dignity and professionalism by all the staff.

Unfortunately I can't remember all the individual names apart from Maggie, Karen and Nicole.

As for any improvement to the service, all I can suggest is for the management to tell staff how much they are appreciated and pay them accordingly. So says "The bearded one"

Dear The Bearded One,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words about your experience in the Orthopaedic/Plaster Room. We’re delighted to hear that you’ve been treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism throughout your visits.

Your recognition of Maggie, Karen, Nicole, and the rest of the team means a great deal — I’ll be sure to pass along your comments. Your thoughtful suggestion about acknowledging and valuing staff is also much appreciated.

Kind regards

Kevin
