"Going in to get an iud, out with an implant"

I originally intended to come in for a mirena IUD with Dr Sherrey and Nurse Sarah, she explained all of my options very well and was constantly reassuring that we could stop at anytime during the procedure. Once the procedure started the reassurance didn’t stop and as I was anxious, I asked to stop and to get an implant instead. 

Again, Dr Sherrey and Sarah were incredibly reassuring, made sure I was comfortable and inserted the implant for me. I would recommend anyone to go to Beechall to get their contraceptive procedures, Dr Helen and Sarah were so supportive, reassuring, professional and helpful and were a credit to the practice 💖
