"Made me fully at ease"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I have been back and forth at the doctors since august with gastro pains and a number of other issues.

My gastro pains flared up early hours of this morning I persevered with the pains till they began travelling round to my back and I called 111 who sent me to livilands out of hours where I was seen by Lesleyanne and Donna who were amazing, they honestly couldn't have been any nicer. They were hugely knowledgeable and supportive and provided me with lots of reassurance and support. I have a needle phobia but they made me feel fully at ease i was able to get my injection with ease and no distress.
