My daughter was recently in ward 10 Ninewells hospital for bowel surgery. The care she received was excellent. Special mention to Mr Payne who updated me immediately following surgery, the recovery room staff who also phoned to update and finally all the staff on ward 10. The compassion and expertise was so reassuring. I’d also like to give a special mention to Carla. She was so kind and caring and nothing was too much bother. The whole team are a credit to NHS Tayside.

Thank you for taking the time for sharing your experience of your daughters bowel surgery and care in ward 10 at Ninewells. Your kind words will mean a lot to all the staff who were involved in her care. I am sure that Mr Payne will be delighted to hear such a positive post. I will be sure to share your comments with him. Thank you for also recognising Carla's effort and the whole team in providing a high standard of care to your daughter. I hope she is doing well in her recovery.
