"A safe and helpful place"

I have had all 5 of my children at this hospital over 11 years. 11, 6, 5, 2, 4weeks, 

I dont live in Lincolnshire but its the best hospital for having babies!

I want to thank everyone from my first appointment to the day I gave birth to my beautiful son

I didnt have a birthing partner as my partner stays home with my children as I have disabled sons, but to be able to know I will be looked after and feel safe knowing I suffer with mental health disorders, and physical disability and to be able to trust strangers with my and my unborn child alone is a big thing.

I was induced and I was poorly but was so looked after by all the lovely ladies and men on the ward I wasn't judge or ignored for anything I needed, to be taken to the labour ward alone no know who would be helping me give birth, a lovely lady called Grace came in with a smile on her face, made me feel so safe. She was the lady who held my hand and rubbed my back when I was in pain. Got me a drink put the fan on me, took my socks out, she dressed my son and let me sleep after I had my son, she didn't leave my side, I couldn't thank Grace enough and the hospital for putting that lovely lady in my room to help me.

Mental health, physical health, being alone for a birth, this hospital is the best I truly cant thank you all enough ♥️  people need to know this hospital is a safe and helpful place when having a child  no matter where I live or move to. I will always go to Lincoln hospital maternity to have my children.
