"I have really come a long way thanks to them"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Recently I had a follow-up session with my hearing therapist, Liz, at Royal Cornwall Hospital - having first seen her several months ago. This was to support me in managing my tinnitus, which I developed about a year ago. Liz could not have been more helpful in reframing the way I think about my tinnitus. I have really come a long way thanks to her incredibly positive attitude, encouragement and practical advice. As such I don’t think I will need to see her again - as her job is done. In a funny way, I’m sad to say that - as she is a lovely lady!
