"Better food on menu"

About: Clee (Shrewsbury Low Secure Unit)

(as the patient),

Unhappy. Some times I miss meals as I don't like the food on the menu. But support from staff on the ward has been good.

Thank you for taking the time share your feedback with us.

I am sorry to hear that you are missing some meals because there are not any food options that appeal to you.

When you are unable to find an option, you would like to eat, please let staff on the ward know so that we can find you an alternative.

As a service we know that food is important! Both choice and nutrition. We work closely with catering services and find they are very responsive to accommodate requests where they can.

If you would like to talk about this issue in more detail, please speak to a member of the ward team or your ward rep for the service user forum who can raise it on your behalf.
