What a pleasure it is to be caring for such a beautiful soul like yours. Let me introduce myself. I am Adrian Dawson, Clinical Systems Manager, at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice. I am truly delighted that the care you have been receiving is ‘second to none’.

Our team are with you every step of the way. This makes us feel humbled and honoured to be able to share these precious moments with you. I will be sharing your kind words with our Hospice team today and I am sure you will make a lot of staff smile 😊
