Excellent visit to sexual health clinic Galashiels for coil insertion. Never had one before.

Doctor, nursing and health care support worker all gave Excellent care from pre appointment phonecall to assess my needs and give advice, through to coil fitting appointment on the day. 

I was made to feel relaxed throughout with clear explanation and my comfort was ensured. I had questions that required looking into and I received a follow-up phonecall with answers a couple of days later. Much appreciated, thank you
