"Such a good service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Minor Injuries Assessment Service

(as the patient),

I arrived at the time of the appointment. I was told where to set. Within a few minutes I was told to go to a new place and sat down and within a few minutes I was told to go another place. Each time closer to where I need to be to have my cast removed. I sat down for two minutes and I was getting taken to the appropriate nurses senior nurse McGrath and S Senior nurse Julie attended me. They were both kind thoughtful had anticipated what my fears might be and dealt with them and within minutes I was out. I was very impressed. Thank you very much for such a good service.
