I think this is the worst patient care I have received when at Hillingdon Hospital. I broke my ankle and tore my ligament a few weeks ago without realising until I had an Ultrasound and an X-ray done by the sports medicine team. I heard a loud pop not long ago and immediately went to Hillingdon Hospital, they made me wait 3 hours in agonising pain just to be seen at the UTC and told that they do not have anything to support my ankle besides a boot.
Recently, I found out the Fracture Clinic discharged me without even seeing me which I think is ridiculous and horrible patient care service.
"Poor patient care"
