"Amazing staff!"

I was admitted to Ward 3 recently with heavy vaginal bleeding. I was extremely emotional and anxious upon arrival however every single member of staff went above and beyond to help and make me feel I was in the safest possible place. Throughout the day the care and attention I received both on the ward and in the operating theatre was incredible. Due to work commitments I have moved around Europe and the UK a lot and so have experienced many different hospital settings but the staff and care I received on ward 3 was incomparable to care I have received anywhere else. 

I would like to say a special thank you to Ulrike and Lisa who looked after me amazingly and to student paramedic Ronnie who stayed with me throughout the day and went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. Also a huge thank you to all the other staff and midwives I encountered on Ward 3 throughout the day. Although I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names they were all incredible and are a credit to both Dr Grays hospital and the NHS.
