"Support for solvents"

About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Young People (T3)

(as a service user),

I was using solvents with my friends and I wouldn't stop my mum got worried and called the doctor's and my drugs and alcohol worker came and I eventually stopped and I don't do gas any more.

Terry was awesome, friendly. Helpful and supportive. She helped me to see the dangers.

I would see Terry again if I needed help.

Hi Madgib33

I am Liz the manager of T3 thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your experience of working with Terry, I will share this with her and the T3 team.

It is wonderful to hear through your work with Terry you realised the dangers associated with using solvents, you have shown great motivation in engaging with the work offered and should feel very proud of yourself and your achievements in becoming abstinent.

I am pleased you felt Terry was supportive and friendly and that you would feel confident in accessing the service again should you need to.

From everyone at T3 I wish you success and happiness in whatever you chose to do.

Liz
