About: University Hospital Wishaw / Audiology

(as the patient),

My appointment in Audiology was with Anne to replace my old hearing aids with new up to date models  .

This consultation was conducted with professionalism, knowledge, patience, understanding and respect.

Anne is also a good listener, she cares.

Two weeks later I received a follow up call.

Delighted with the system, very happy.
