I'm non-binary and the person working there was very open and friendly, I was made to feel welcome, the progesterone implant removal didn't hurt at all and was done very quickly. I even got some free contraceptives (condoms) upon leaving. 5/5 stars! I've been going to this place for my sexual health needs since I turned 18 and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
