"MRI intervention"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

Excellent care and discretion received early September by the MRI staff, particularly HCA Laura and radiographers Greg and ??Abby.

It was a fairly invasive procedure under MRI and the manner in which Laura greeted and welcomed me into the department and then went on to provide reassurance was so lovely of her and put me at ease.
Particularly as I am a nurse myself so was extra nervous to find myself on the treatment side of a medical intervention for a change.
Greg was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring and explained everything very well.
The 3rd person, a female radiographer, I think called Abby, blond hair, was also so kind to me and very proficient at her job.
I am hugely impressed and grateful to you all for the care and compassion I received that day.
Thank you very much.

Dear Janwe76,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback following your recent visit to MRI. I completely appreciate these are not the most pleasant or comfortable of experiences, and can definitely lead to increased anxiety being a staff member.

I will make sure to pass your comments on to Laura, Greg and Abby. Which I'm sure will give them a real boost.

With kindest regards

Stephanie Adlinton
