"Patient, kind and compassionate"

About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my grandson to Arbroath Minor Injuries Unit after an accident at school. We were seen right away after there was an available appointment.

The nurse who dealt with us was called Paula if I remember correctly. She explained everything to my grandson and talked him through every step. She was patient, kind and compassionate.

The service we received was absolutely fantastic. Thank you very much..

Dear whisperfw86

Thank you so much for leaving such positive feedback on Care Opinion about your grandson’s recent visit to the Minor Injuries Unit in Arbroath Infirmary.

I am sorry to hear your grandson was involved in an accident at school but delighted you were treated by one of our experienced nurses Paula who took the time to explain each step to your grandson showing patience and compassion.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts on your grandsons care. I will ensure your kind comments are passed onto Paula and the rest of the nursing team. We wish your grandson a speedy recovery.

Best Wishes
