(as a service user),

I would like to thank Mr Cunningham, Mr Lewis, Mr Magill, Paula RNS and the Renal Team in AAH  for the excellence in care that I received during my recent stay under their care. I felt so informed and reassured by them at each stage of my admission. I knew I was in safe hands due to their clinical expertise /exemplary care.

I would like to thank the Medical, Nursing and Support staff in C7 who were so compassionate, caring and professional towards me.

Many thanks also to Dr Meenagh Rheumatologist and his Team for his input prior and during admission.

I am truly indebted to you all.
