"I will never forget your kindness"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

Dear Team,

Hi! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the nurses and staff at the Branston clinic in Burton for the care and support I have received since moving to the UK a few year ago. As an HIV patient, continuing treatment is so important for me, and every visit to the clinic has made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for.

For me, the Branston clinic has been more than just a place of treatment, it has felt like a home. A place where I was always greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine care.

This was my last visit, as I will be relocating soon, but I couldn’t leave without saying thank you. The kindness, patience, and professionalism of the staff have meant so much to me. You have supported me at every step of my treatment, not only with my health but also through friendly conversations that made me feel welcome and at ease.

One moment that touched me deeply was when a staff member called to arrange my final appointment and asked about my remaining medication supply. Her concern showed how much you genuinely care for your patients, even beyond the clinic walls. That kindness is something I will never forget.

Although I don’t know all of your names, I especially want to thank the three nurses I regularly met in the treatment room. You made a huge difference in my journey, and I hope you remember me too.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you have done for me. Your support has been a source of strength and comfort, and I will always carry that with me.

With love and appreciation ❤️
