"They put me at my ease"

I attended ward 10 for a knee arthroscopy in mid-August. All the staff were excellent - doctors, nurses, HCAs, even the receptionist, can't fault them.

I had never previously had to have surgery, even of a minor nature before and so was pretty nervous, but they realised that and really put me at my ease.

I can't remember the name of the theatre nurse - Lorna or Laura maybe ? She needs special praise - thank you!
