"Getting blood test"

About: Dr Handa & Partner Fartown Health Centre

(as the patient),

I was told by the doctor to book my own blood appointment at Fartown Health Centre. I found the doctor condescending about how to do it. I followed the instructions, option 3, they tried telling me you also press one. I found the reception staff unhelpful, so I rang Fartown Health Centre, hit blood option 3 two days ago, straight voicemail as no one answering and rang again, no answer again, it's a joke.

Good Morning heronxf87

I have contacted the Reception team at Fartown to understand what has happened to cause your frustrations. We are sorry that no one answered the telephone and that you could not book your blood appointment easily.

If you have still not managed to book this appointment please email me directly on makingadifference@locala.org.uk so that I can help you.

The team at Fartown has been reduced recently due to Summer holidays and sickness, This is not an excuse and we are committed to understanding your experience better. I have asked the team leader to look at the voice messaging service to ensure that all calls are returned when messages are left.

Sorry again

Emma
