"It's all about being the best version of yourself"

I finished my therapy course and they suggested I join Time to Thrive, which is a course of 3 online sessions in the evenings lasting about 60-90 mins. It would be easy to think of it as "extra work" or feel intimidated by a group course, but really it's been the best step to promoting a mentally healthy lifestyle. The sessions are muted by default with cameras off - no switching on even if you try, so there's no pressure at all to contribute, you can just sit and listen, but there is a group text chat if you had questions or wanted to contribute. Otherwise, you can just sit and learn. Helpful metaphors and analogies that are easy to remember in the moment, and step-by-step guides to improve your mental wellbeing, with exercises to practice each week if you wanted. It's all about being the best version of yourself by changing your perspective, building resilience, and increasing self esteem.

Connor and Laura were always so friendly, kind, and explain things clearly. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing practices, top up after therapy, or even just for a little boost. 10/10!
