"So attentive and great at reassuring nervous patients"

About: Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I broke my arm when visiting friends in London and had to get a temp cast at London a&e. When I got home, I needed a plate inserted and was pretty nervous about the whole procedure. I had my op on a Monday and was released wed evening. All the staff were amazing. So attentive and great at reassuring nervous patients. Thank you to everyone w at ward 33!

Dear Alyson CK,

thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay in ward 33.

It is so important that we receive feedback. It helps us to see where any improvements need to be made to our service, also positive feedback is a huge morale boost for the team.

Being admitted to hospital can be a daunting experience, I am pleased to hear our team helped to reassure you and hopefully made you feel less nervous.

I will share your feedback with everyone.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Lisa Connelly
