"Everyone is so helpful and kind"

Just wanted to say a big thank you again to the audiology team . 

I came in recently and David cleaned my ears out and was very helpful in booking me to see Sally, who supplied me with a new right hearing aid as she diagnosed that it was faulty.

Everyone is so helpful and kind, but not only that, they are all so punctual . On both occasions I arrived at the allotted appointment times , sat down for less than a minute until I was called in.

But do you know what the best thing for me is that I was out in the car park within the 15 minute allocated time and didn't have to pay on either day! Result and its down to your efficient service.
