I feel the staff member I saw is the rudest I have ever come across, this doesn't come lightly, or even after a one off experience, I have now met them maybe several times and every single time, they are just rude and had a bad attitude. I saw them speaking rudely to patients who had a question, huffing and puffing. Asks you questions at the speed of 100mph and doesn't give you a chance to explain properly.
