"MRI department at Daisy Hill hospital"

I have worked in the SHSCT for well over 20 years. At present I am a receiver of services.  I attended the MRI unit recently and I was treated so well. The two people in the MRI suite were so kind and courteous and put me at my ease. 

Upon ringing the MRI booking centre to speed my MRI, I spoke with Yvonne and a gentleman of Indian ethnicity (sorry didn’t get his name), again so polite, courteous and professional.  So empathetic regarding my anxiety. 

Lastly Francie who greeted us at the MRI suite, a gentleman and so pleasant to us and everyone else there. A wholly positive experience. Thank you.
