"Physio classes at City Hospital Belfast"

I completed a series of 12 classes under Joe (Sirichas) at the City Hospital in Belfast.

Initially, we had a discussion about how I was feeling and what realistic goals I had.

After that, I went to the classes where Joe's affability and attention to detail in how one performed the exercises.

You could perform them as intensely as you wanted and are very suitable for anyones anxious about exercising again after their treatment and/or surgery.
